With the vision of "We love you, your family, and this city." 29 hotels operated by Vessel Hotel Development Co., Ltd. (Head office: 27-4 Minamihonjo 3-chome, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, President and CEO: Seo Yoshiro, hereinafter referred to as Vessel Hotels), which operates hotels nationwide, have won the "Traveller Review Awards 2025" from the online hotel reservation site "Booking.com."

The Traveller Review Awards 2025, now in its 13th year, is an annual award given to accommodations that are recognized for providing excellent hospitality to guests, based on the average review score of Booking.com guests.
We would like to express our gratitude to all our customers who regularly use Vessel Hotels, and we will continue to strive to provide even better service in the future.

To be eligible for the Traveller Review Awards 2025, a hotel must have an average review score of 8.0 or higher (out of 10) based on at least three reviews as of 23:59 (Central European Time) on November 30, 2024, based on over 360 million reviews from travelers around the world.
