VESSEL HOTEL HIGASHIHIROSHIMA has been renewed under the new concept of "Higashihiroshima MOTTO! Hot and Hearty Breakfast", a breakfast buffet where you can enjoy local delicacies of Hiroshima made with local ingredients. Higashi-Hiroshima City in Hiroshima Prefecture is said to be the birthplace of ginjo sake. With health in mind, we have prepared an assortment of Japanese side dishes, miso soups, soups, and sweets that allow you to taste the deliciousness of fermentation such as koji, which is unique to the sake brewery.
The new menu includes "heso-don", a new specialty of Higashi-Hiroshima born in the town of Toyoei-cho in the "center (navel)" of Hiroshima Prefecture, "grilled Hiroshima herb chicken with aged sakekasu", "sake lees soup" and "potage soup" using miso from Shinjo Miso, a miso shop loved for 100 years in Hiroshima, and more. and "Potage Soup" using miso from Shinjo Miso, a 100-year-old popular miso shop in Hiroshima. Due to this breakfast renewal, there will be a charge for breakfast for reservations made on or after February 17, 2025; breakfast on or after February 17, 2025 for reservations made by February 16, 2025 will be free of charge.
