Vessel Hotel VESSEL INN SHIGA MORIYAMA STATION (Head office: 4-27, Minami-Honjo 3-chome, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Yoshiro Seo; hereinafter "Vessel Hotels"), which operates a nationwide hotel business based on the concept of "We love you, your family, and this city.," has won first place in the "Jaran Award 2023" Jaran (Moriyama City, Shiga Prefecture, Manager: Yuma Katayama), has won first place in the "Jalan net Ranking 2023" in the "Best Inn to Stay at" category (general category) in Shiga Prefecture, in the 101-300 room category.

This award is given to accommodation facilities with the highest overall review score on Jalan.net. This is the second time that VESSEL INN SHIGA MORIYAMA STATION has received the award, following its win in 2019.

■What is the "Jalan Award"?
Jalan began presenting and announcing the Jalan Awards in 2012 with the aim of recognizing accommodation facilities and regions that have achieved outstanding results that fiscal year. The Jalan Awards 2023 will mark the 11th time the awards have been presented. Since the launch of its service, Jalan has been discovering and promoting the appeal of accommodation facilities and regions. By sharing and recognizing the outstanding efforts of accommodation facilities, the Jalan Awards are held with the hope of conveying the appeal of accommodation facilities to many people and contributing to the evolution and development of the travel industry.

The travel website "Jalan net," the travel information magazine "Jalan," and the tourism survey and research and regional development organization "Jalan Research Center" have announced the "Jalan Awards 2023" (Kinki/Hokuriku region), which will recognize accommodation facilities in the Kinki/Hokuriku region that have achieved outstanding results over the course of the 2023 fiscal year (April 2023 to March 2024).
