■ Breakfast "MOTTO! A relaxing breakfast"
VESSEL HOTEL KANDA KITAKYUSHU AIRPORT 's breakfast buffet has been revamped under the new concept of "MOTTO! A Relaxing Breakfast," delivering the delicious flavors of Kyushu and Fukuoka. The new menu features an Ogura teppanyaki corner, offering tender "beef innards teppanyaki," "iron pan gyoza," and "grilled cabbage." Local Kitakyushu dishes, such as "Kitakyushu Ramen" and the Ogura specialty "meat udon," have also been added to local menu, further enhancing the variety of dishes. Popular Mojiko Port specialties such as "baked cheese curry" and Fukuoka Prefecture's local soup, "dago soup," will continue to be available. We offer a menu brimming with the charms of the region through the cuisine of Fukuoka. With this breakfast renewal, a breakfast charge will be applied for reservations made after December 16, 2024. Breakfast for reservations made by December 15, 2024, after December 16, 2024, will be complimentary.

■ Introducing our new menu
"Grilled Offal and Grilled Cabbage"
Kokura is an area with so many yakiniku restaurants that it is nicknamed "Kokura Yakiniku Street." We have set up an Kokura Teppanyaki corner, where we offer miniature grilled offal and cabbage. They go great with white rice.

"Iron pot dumplings"
"Iron Pot Gyoza" is one of the three great gyoza in Japan, and has developed from the historical food culture surrounding the steelworks in Kitakyushu. You can enjoy piping hot gyoza.

"Ogura Ramen and Ogura Meat Udon"
It features milky white tonkotsu soup and noodles that are slightly thicker than Hakata ramen. The hotel's original morning ramen and "meat udon," which originated in Kokura, are served as local noodles that change daily.

"Takana shumai/Kyushu black pork shumai" (changes daily)
These are takana shumai with chunks of meat made with takana mustard greens from Kyushu, and hearty shumai made with Kyushu black pork.

"Strawberry pudding"
This original dessert is inspired by the strawberry-producing region of Fukuoka. The luxurious sweet and sour strawberry sauce pairs perfectly with the gently sweet milk pudding.

Omelette-style waffles
A fluffy omelette-style waffle inspired by the omelette from a long-established shop in Kokura.
