Thank you very much for your continued patronage of REF Matsuyama City Station by VESSEL HOTELS.
REF Matsuyama City Station by VESSEL HOTELS will be implementing the following activities from the time of opening, aiming to reduce laundry detergent and plastic waste and operate an environmentally friendly hotel.

1. 1. Provision of guest room amenities

Toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, body towels and cotton swabs will be provided at the amenity corner in the lobby. Bring the necessary amenities to your room here.
Toothbrushes are available in the room only on the day of check-in.
If you need an additional toothbrush, please take it from the amenity corner.
2. About room cleaning during consecutive nights

<Guests staying 6 nights or less>
If you would like your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00 on the day of your arrival.
If you do not contact us, we will leave towels at your door every day and will not enter your room. If you need a new bath mat or pajamas, we will provide them at the front desk.
If you would like your used towels and trash collected, please leave them outside your door by 10am.
<Guests staying 7 nights or more>
If you would like your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00 on the day of your arrival.
However, even if you do not request cleaning, we will clean your room once a week. On days other than cleaning days, we will leave towels in front of your door and will not enter your room.
If you need a new bath mat or pajamas, we can provide them to you at the front desk.
If you would like your used towels and trash collected, please leave them outside your door by 10am.
* We may maintain the room even on days other than the cleaning day, and may enter the room in case of emergency.
