<<Experience Menu 1>>
Today's special!

You can enjoy local dishes from around the region on a daily basis, such as Ehime's signature dishes "Taimeshi," "Moburimeshi," and "Matsuyama Octopus Rice."

"Moburimeshi" may be an unfamiliar dish, but
In Matsuyama, it is customary to make chirashi sushi for celebrations and to entertain guests, and the local dialect for "mixing" is "moburu," so the dish is called "moburimeshi."
Moburimeshi is a dish that gives you a taste of Matsuyama cuisine, made by topping vinegared rice made with a blend of dashi and vinegar with colorful seasonal fish and vegetables.

Once you try it, you'll be hooked!
We also offer B-grade gourmet dishes such as "Imabari-style roast pork and egg rice," "Matsuyama nabeyaki udon," and "Yahatahama champon" on a daily basis.

You might be able to complete local menu you've been wanting to try!

So, how many varieties of Ehime mandarin oranges do you know?
Unshu mandarins, Shiranui, Iyokan, Ponkan, Kiyomi, Kawachi bankan...
There are so many different types, you'll have to try them all to discover the differences in flavor.
Try to find your favorite mandarin orange!

Original sweets include mandarin orange dorayaki, made by sandwiching local mandarin oranges and toppings between dorayaki skins, and original parfaits made by layering local mandarin oranges with cream and toppings.

Enjoy an experience that can only be found in the Mikan Kingdom!

Tobe ware, a pottery from Ehime

The breakfast dishes are made of Tobe ware, which is designated as a national traditional craft.

Tobe ware is a type of porcelain produced mainly in Tobe Town, Iyo District, Ehime Prefecture.
Each piece is hand-carved using local pottery stone and features soft yet bold painting.
They have many tableware items that are useful in daily life, combining practicality and design, and are popular nationwide.
Because it is handmade, one of the charms of Tobe ware is the joy of finding your favorite piece from among the subtle differences in the expression and atmosphere of each piece.

Enjoy all the delicious foods of Ehime and Matsuyama in Ehime's proud handmade tableware!
