We have recently confirmed that the management screen of Booking.com, the accommodation reservation site used by our hotel, was illegally accessed, and some guests who made reservations through Booking.com received messages via messaging apps such as WhatsApp that led them to a phishing site.
We are currently requesting Booking.com to confirm and investigate the situation, and our company is also conducting a detailed investigation.

1. Details of the incident
We have confirmed that some guests who booked accommodation through Booking.com have been receiving messages via messaging apps such as WhatsApp that appear to be reservation confirmations and contain URL links that lead to phishing sites.

2. Requests to customers
If you receive a message like the one above or any other suspicious message, please do not click on the URL link attached.

After this incident was discovered, the hotel Booking.com We have implemented measures to change the management screen login password.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused to our customers.
