Vessel Hotel Development Co., Ltd., which develops hotel businesses nationwide, with the concept of "We love you, your family, and this city." (Headquarters: Minamihonjo 3-chome 4-27, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, President:Seo Seo　Yoshiro All right, hereinafter referred to as Vessel Hotels) will hold a reception at "REF Okinawa Arena by VESSEL HOTELS" (General Manager:Noda Noda　Tomohiro Tomohiro) will open at 1766 Moromizato, Okinawa City, Okinawa Prefecture. The hotel is part of the development project for the former Koza Athletic Park soccer field site under Okinawa City's Park-PFI system, and is managed by Sukoyaka Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: 448-1 Noborikawa, Okinawa City, Okinawa Prefecture, President and CEO:Miyazato Miyazato　Toshiyuki Toshiyuki) and will be operated by Vessel Hotel Development Co., Ltd.
The hotel is located just a one-minute drive from the Okinawa Minami IC on the Okinawa Expressway, and just a five-minute walk from Okinawa Arena, which hosts sports events, concerts, exhibitions, and more.
Vessel Hotels currently operates 33 facilities across the country, and plans call for a total of 34 facilities, including the Ref Okinawa Arena by Vessel Hotels, which will open in August 2023.

■ Concept "THECHANPURU"
"CHANPURU" is an Okinawan dialect word meaning "mixed together" or "something that's been mixed together." Okinawa City is known as a city that blends American culture. It is also known as the "City of Eisa" and the "City of Music," and Gate Street, which faces the entrance to Kadena Air Base, has an exotic atmosphere.
The hotel's shared spaces and guest rooms are filled with artwork by artists with ties to Okinawa City, decorating the hotel with unique art.

Cafe & Dining YURARIRA
"YuraRira" means "a detour" in the Okinawan dialect. It is open to both guests and non-guests.
For breakfast, we offer Okinawan dishes such as Okinawa soba and Goya Chanpuru, as well as beef steak and grilled chicken.
The cafe opens at 11:30 a.m., where you can enjoy one-plate meals and a drink menu featuring local ingredients.

Multipurpose space
There are lounge on the first and second floors that guests can use freely. With advance reservations, even non-guests can rent these lounges for private use, such as for meeting rooms or parties.

Gym
The facility is fully equipped with running machines, fitness bikes, etc.

public bath with sauna is available to non-staying guests as well. The men's bath is equipped with a dry sauna and cold bath, while the women's bath is equipped with a mist sauna, barrel sauna, and cold bath.
Music BarLEKT

On the 8th floor, there is a music bar called LEKT, which is equipped with a DJ booth and is open to non-guests.
You can enjoy drinks in a comfortable space accompanied by high-quality music played from TINA AUDIO speakers and lighting effects.

Pool

The pool, located on the same floor as the music bar, is an open space. You can see not only Okinawa Arena and Koza Athletic Park, but also the horizon of the west coast. Guests who are not staying at the hotel can use public bath and pool as a set.[Price (tax included)]

Guests staying in the Ryukyu Golden Kings Room will receive an original collaboration T-shirt as a gift.

There are three guest rooms, each designed by painter HAYATO MACHIDA, picture book author sava/Wada Mizuki, and illustratorIkuno Omura OmuraikunoHe designed the interior.
