This letter of appreciation was presented to the facility that cooperated in securing and operating accommodation facilities for patients infected with COVID-19, and to the company that lent vehicles for transporting patients.

REF Omiya by VESSEL HOTELS operated by our company (Manager:Habara Rose　Yusuke Yusuke) operated as a COVID-19 accommodation facility for medical treatment from June 2021 to April 2023 at the request of Saitama Prefecture. Following the revision of COVID-19's status under the Infectious Diseases Control Act to Class 5, we resumed normal business operations in June 2023 after a preparation period of approximately one month. We will continue to contribute to the local community and aim to be a hotel that is loved by everyone.
