Vessel Hotel We love you, your family, and this city. Co., Ltd. (CEO:Yoshiro Seo Seo Yoshiro) will be renewing its member Points program from Thursday, July 1, 2021, and will be enhancing its services to further satisfy customers. To commemorate the renewal, a limited-time campaign will be held for three months until Thursday, September 30, 2021.

Points program renewal details

[Before change]
 Applies to reservations made on the official website, by phone, or at the front desk.
- One stamp will be awarded for each night you stay (Point Card will be issued).
- Once you collect 10 stamps, you can use them as a free accommodation voucher or an original pillow exchange voucher.
- No joining or annual fees

[After renewal]
 Applies to reservations made through the official website (excluding package plans that include transportation).
- 7 Points will be awarded for every 100 yen of accommodation charges (excluding tax).
(Point Card is issued. Check Points on your My Page on the official website.)
-Points you accumulate can be used to pay for your stay, with 1 Points equaling 1 yen.
- No joining or annual fees

■ About the old Point Card
 Your old Point Card will continue to be stamped for Nights you stay until you accumulate 10 stamps for five years until June 30, 2026. Additionally, for reservations made by June 30, 2021, a new old Point Card will be issued and stamped as before. For reservations made after July 1, 2021, new old Point Card will not be issued.

■ Future plans
 We plan to gradually update the content of Points program to make it even more attractive.
- Your membership level will change depending on your usage, and Points award rate will increase as you rank up.
- You can exchange Points you have accumulated for cash.
