Under the supervision of "Erica Kenko Dojo", which teaches body-friendly fasting, we have prepared fasting plans at 5 stores. The literal translation of fasting is "fasting." By fasting without taking solids for a certain period of time, the purpose is to rest the digestive function and reset the body. It is said to have positive effects on health and diet, such as improving internal organ functions, regaining a dull taste, and making the skin beautiful.
Due to the issuance of a state of emergency, the number of people who cannot refresh their minds and bodies is increasing due to the decrease in opportunities to become beautiful due to the closure of beauty treatment salons and gyms.
