Bonsai growers from Tokyo moved to Omiya in search of a large plot of land suitable for bonsai cultivation and fresh water and air, and the area came to be known as the city of bonsai. The concept of REF Omiya by VESSEL HOTELS, which will open on this land, is "THE PARK. We will offer hands-on services in a space surrounded by greenery. Events such as moss ball making and flower arrangement making will be offered for customers to experience. The breakfast venue is designed to evoke the feeling of a park, where everyone can relax and enjoy themselves, and offers a market-style breakfast with a wide variety of menu items, including Saitama's B-grade gourmet food, as well as local dishes and gourmet food from all over Saitama Prefecture. In keeping with the hotel's concept of "THE PARK," the dishes and trays used are inspired by bento boxes and the outdoors, allowing you to enjoy your favorite breakfast in this park-like breakfast venue.

Application Design SU+
With a green theme, the accessories are made up of colors that go well with the green. To create a timeless design, the shapes are simple, but the colors are changed slightly to create a varied color tone. In terms of art, hydroponic cacti are placed in glass, and terrariums of succulents are hung in glass on the wall. Omiya has long been known as a bonsai town. It all began when bonsai growers from Tokyo, who were affected by the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, moved here in search of large plots of land, fresh water, and fresh air suitable for bonsai cultivation. The first floor is designed to give the feeling of being outdoors, even though it is indoors, with plenty of real greenery.
