In recent years, there have been incidents both domestically and internationally involving mobile batteries emitting smoke and catching fire.

To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in your guest rooms, as outlined below.

Please be sure to take your mobile battery with you when you leave your room.
When charging portable electronic devices with a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from charging in direct sunlight, such as near a window, or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains.
Please charge the device in a location where you can always check its status.
Please refrain from using mobile batteries that are damaged, swollen, or overheating abnormally.

If the above situation is discovered during room cleaning during your stay, staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it to ensure safety.
Please be aware of this in advance.
