Delicious Breakfast "MOTTO! Delicious Breakfast in Okayama and Setouchi
VESSEL HOTEL KURASHIKI Under the new concept of "MOTTO! Delicious Breakfast", the breakfast buffet at the "Okayama-Setouchi MOTTO! Delicious Breakfast", the menu has been renewed with the new concept of "MOTTO!
The new menu has been upgraded with the addition of gorgeous regional dishes such as "Barazushi" and "Okayama Demi-katsu" and local noodle dishes such as "Kasaoka-style Ramen" and "Hiruzen-style Fried Noodle". When you visit Okayama, we have an assortment of local menu to bring you the charm of the area through breakfast.
Due to this breakfast renewal, a breakfast fee will be charged for reservations made on or after September 1, 2024; breakfast on or after September 1, 2024 for reservations made by August 31, 2024 will be free of charge.

New breakfast prices
[Guests] 13 years and over: 1,000 yen / 6-12 years: 500 yen / Free for children 5 and under (tax included)

[Visitors] 13 years and older: 1,500 yen / 4-12 years old: 800 yen / 3 years old and under: free (tax included)

■ Introducing our new menu
"Bara Sushi (Festival Sushi)"
Matsuri sushi is inspired by Okayama's famous barazushi. It is topped with colorful ingredients and has a gorgeous appearance that expresses hospitality. It uses Okayama's famous mamakari fish.

"Okayama Demi-Cutlet"
This Okayama specialty is pork cutlet simmered in demi-glace sauce. Serve it on rice for a demi-katsudon, or sandwich it between bread for a demi-katsu sandwich. Please give it a try.
"Hiruzen Okowa" (daily special)
This is a local dish that represents Hiruzen, Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. It is made with glutinous rice and packed with ingredients such as chicken, fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, burdock root, and carrots.

"Original Fruit Curry"
Okayama is the kingdom of fruit. We make our original fruit curry by simmering fruits and vegetables. Recommended for children too.

In Kasaoka City, Okayama Prefecture, this local ramen is often eaten for breakfast.

About VESSEL HOTEL KURASHIKI
Conveniently located about 8 minutes by car from Kurashiki Interchange. Free parking makes it easy to access by car. The entire building and all 120 rooms were renovated on August 10, 2024, and have been reborn as more functional and comfortable spaces.
