VESSEL HOTEL MIYAKONOJO The breakfast buffet at Miyakonjyo has been renewed under the concept of "Welcome Miyazaki MOTTO! We have renewed the menu with the concept of "Welcome to Miyakonjyo! The regular menu has been upgraded with new items such as char-grilled young chicken and bonito tataki, and hands-on items such as lettuce rolls and bukkake spicy noodles. We have prepared an assortment of specialties that you must try when visiting Miyazaki.
In accordance with the breakfast renewal, breakfast fee will be charged for reservations made on or after May 1, 2024; breakfast on or after May 1, 2024 for reservations already made by April 30, 2024 will be free of charge.

Char-grilled young chicken, a local delicacy of Miyazaki
Widely known as Miyazaki's local delicacy, this dish is characterized by its distinctive aroma of smoked chicken over charcoal and its black color with charcoal attached. It is served daily with the popular "Chicken Nanban," which is said to have originated in Nobeoka, Miyazaki.
