Vessel Hotel Development Co., Ltd. (Head office: 27-4 Minamihonjo 3-chome, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, President and CEO: Seo Yoshiro, hereinafter referred to as Vessel Hotels), which operates hotels nationwide under the concept of "We love you, your family, and this city. family, and the city," will be expanding its Points program for Vessel Club members from Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

Vessel Hotels has been offering services and campaigns since July 1, 2021, that award Vessel Club Points when guests stay or use facilities. Previously, Points that could be used for accommodation discounts were awarded based on two ranks: "Regular" and "Gold." This has now been revised to four ranks: "Regular," "Silver," "Gold," and "Platinum." The addition of ranks makes it easier for customers to move up the ranks, allowing them to receive increased Points award rates and other service benefits. Vessel Hotels will continue to work to improve customer satisfaction.

■ Rank up according to Points earned over the course of a year
If you earn the following Points within the fiscal year (April 1st to March 31st of the following month), your rank will increase from the 2nd of the following month.
[First time registration] Regular member
[Earn 2,000 points per year] Upgrade to Silver membership
[Earn 6,000 points per year] Upgrade to Gold membership
[Earn 10,000 points per year] Upgrade to Platinum Membership

*If the Points earned during the fiscal year (April 1 to March 31 of the following year) is less than the prescribed Points, it will be staged down starting the following year (April 1).

Convert accumulated Points into cash (cash back).
You can exchange in 3,000 yen units (1 yen = 2 pt.).
You can use your accumulated Points for "Hotel Discount".
1pt = 1 yen, and discounts are available from 1 yen.
