The BABA Suites are two of the 160 rooms located on the third floor, with a terrace overlooking the rotary in front of JR Takadanobaba Station. The suites are equipped with 140cm wide twin beds and a living space, and are also equipped with a sauna, a first for Vessel Hotels. The sauna booth is large enough to comfortably accommodate two people.

■ Characteristic specifications of the BABA Suite
・Install steam type instead of dry type or Finnish type
Instead of the nowadays standard loyly type, which is expensive to install, we have installed the latest steam type. Steam will start spraying about 5 minutes after switching it on, and the booth will be filled with high-temperature steam in 15 minutes.With a humidity level of 80-100%, it is highly moisturizing and popular with women. "The latest high-performance steam equipment has a significant sweating effect and reduces fatigue, so we have been paying attention to it. Because it is a private sauna booth, we can increase the steam concentration in a short time," says Takizawa, explaining the reason for installing it.

・Commercial ice maker installed
For sauna fans, a cold bath is just as important as a sauna. In order to make effective use of the limited space and reduce running costs, we have implemented a new initiative in which ice is poured into a bathtub filled with water, rather than installing a cooling device.
Five scoops of ice provided will lower the temperature by approximately 1°C. The ice is transferred from the scoop to a special bucket, which is then poured into the bathtub. The commercial-grade ice maker ensures a continuous supply of ice. There's also a TV in the bathroom, ensuring a relaxing bath time.

・A luxurious relaxation space

A door leading to the terrace has been installed along the route from the sauna to the bathroom and washroom. In a corner of the terrace overlooking the bustling rotary in front of JR Takadanobaba Station, we have created a relaxation space completely covered by a tent where you can fully enjoy your time bathing in the open air.

・Private BBQ for sauna meals
For your after-sauna meal, we will serve a smokeless roaster BBQ at the garden table next to the relaxation space on the terrace (optional, extra charge). Our staff will take care of the preparation and cleanup, so you can enjoy the BBQ without any stress.

There are also many popular restaurants around Takadanobaba Station, so you can enjoy gourmet food in your room by ordering takeout or delivery. All rooms are equipped with microwaves, which can be used to heat food. Two refrigerators and freezers are also provided, so you can bring your own food.
Regarding the living space, Takizawa said, "Most hotel guest rooms have sofa tables that are generally small and low, so there are many occasions where you have to bend over to eat, but this time we paid careful attention to the size and height of the table so that you can enjoy dining style from the sofa. Just like the sauna, this is the result of focusing on making the most of your time in the guest room."In addition, there is an acrylic party cooler so you can bring in your favorite drink and use the ice from the ice maker to keep it cool.

・High-quality massage chairs installed
The BABA Suite, which is themed around ultimate relaxation, is equipped with luxury massage chairs and offers the added benefit of relaxation time while watching a large-screen TV.

・Flat parking lot available
We have prepared a flat parking lot (reservation required by the day before). The parking lot is adjacent to the traffic flow within the building, so you can easily access the elevators that go directly to the guest room floors.
