Vessel Hotel Development Co., Ltd. (Head office: 27-4 Minamihonjo 3-chome, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President and CEO: Yoshiro Seo; hereinafter referred to as Vessel Hotels), which operates hotels nationwide under the concept of "We love you, your family, and this city. family, and the city," will rebrand and reopen "VESSEL INN ASAKUSA TSUKUBA EXPRESS" (Manager: Masashi Tsureishi) in April 2023 (planned). In conjunction with this, from Wednesday, February 1, 2023, reservations for stays from Monday, May 1, 2023 onwards will begin being accepted on the official website (https://www.vessel-hotel.jp/inn/asakusa/).
VESSEL INN ASAKUSA TSUKUBA EXPRESS is located within walking distance of Sensoji Temple, Asakusa Hanayashiki, and Kappabashi Kitchen Street, and is surrounded by many restaurants beloved by locals, preserving the atmosphere of the old downtown area. It can be used as a base for enjoying Asakusa, which is full of old downtown charm. By rebranding, the hotel will take advantage of Vessel Hotels' distinctive features, such as the free sleeping arrangement for guests under 18 and Joyful Breakfast Project, to provide comfortable rooms and services.
Vessel Hotels currently operates 31 facilities nationwide, and plans call for a total of 33 facilities, including the grand opening of "VESSEL INN TAKADANOBABA STATION" on Saturday, March 25, 2023, and the rebranded "VESSEL INN ASAKUSA TSUKUBA EXPRESS" to reopen in spring 2023. This will be the third hotel in Tokyo, including Ueno Iriya and Takadanobaba.
