Vessel Hotels has been working to reduce food waste at breakfast buffets since March 2021 by introducing "TABETE" at some hotels, with two new locations in the Kansai region. Based on the idea that "it's a waste to throw away food that's still edible," we offer breakfast buffet dishes that take advantage of the characteristics of each region as daily bento boxes.
