The Osaka Prefecture accommodation tax, which you are required to pay, will be revised.

The accommodation tax that was enacted in Osaka Prefecture in 2017 has increased to 10,000 yen.
The reduction will take effect on June 1, 2019.
Currently, an accommodation tax of 100 yen is levied on accommodation fees between 10,000 yen (excluding tax) and 15,000 yen (excluding tax) per person per night. However, from June 1, 2019, this will be reduced to 7,000 yen (excluding tax) and 15,000 yen (excluding tax).

There will be no changes to the current collection amount of 200 yen for orders between 15,000 yen (excluding tax) and 20,000 yen (excluding tax), and 300 yen for orders over 20,000 yen (excluding tax).
