Two pairs of four people will receive a ticket to the B.League 2025-26 Ryukyu Golden Kings vs. Nagoya Diamond Dolphins match, which will be held at Okinawa Suntory Arena on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, along with accommodation (including breakfast).

【terms of service】
If you wish to apply for the "Cheer Loud, Rest Easy - Watch, Stay, and Have Fun! Double Gift Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign") run REF Okinawa Arena by VESSEL HOTELS (hereinafter referred to as "this Hotel"), please carefully read these Campaign Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions") and apply only after agreeing to them. By applying for this Campaign, you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please cancel your application.

1. Campaign Overview and Participation Conditions
・If there are a large number of accesses, DM sending may be delayed. In that case, please wait a while and check again.
・Please note that neither our company nor Meta Inc. will be held responsible for any damages arising from the operating environment of Instagram or related applications.
・To apply, please use our official Instagram account @vessel_ref_okinawa (hereinafter referred to as the "Official Account"), you must follow the official account. If you are not following the account at the time of application and the time of the lottery/winning notification, your application will be invalid.
・Applications are limited to those residing in Japan.
・Please make sure your account is set to public. If your account is set to private, you will not be eligible for the lottery.
・Accounts that are deemed ineligible for search according to Instagram policy or accounts that are deemed to be in violation of Instagram rules will not be eligible for the lottery.
- Please note that if you delete your comment or change or delete your Instagram account after applying, you will not be eligible to win.

2. Application method and communication fees
- Any connection or communication fees incurred when applying for this campaign or receiving a prize will be the responsibility of the applicant.

3. Winner
・Only the winners will be contacted via DM.
-Winners will be contacted via direct mail, so please make sure that your device is set up to receive direct mail and turn on the notification settings (push notifications) on your device.
- The right to win belongs only to the winner and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash to a third party.
・Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, we will not accept exchanges or returns of prizes won.

4. Prizes
・ The B.League 2025-26 Ryukyu Golden Kings vs. Nagoya Diamond Dolphins match will be held at the Okinawa Suntory Arena on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.』Tickets for the event cannot be changed.
・Free accommodation and breakfast are only available at REF Okinawa Arena by VESSEL HOTELS.
・If a minor is selected, they will be required to submit a "Consent Form for Minor's Accommodation" when staying at the hotel.

[Prohibited matters]
・The following actions are prohibited when applying for this campaign.
1. Any act violating the terms and conditions of this campaign.
2. Converting or reselling the benefits
3. Actions that are contrary to public order and morals, actions that violate laws and regulations, or actions that lead to criminal acts
4. Any fraudulent acts in relation to the receipt of rewards
5. Entering false information into the guest information at the time of winning
6. Any act that the hotel deems inconsistent with the purpose of this campaign or is malicious or inappropriate.
7. Any other conduct that the Hotel deems inappropriate, such as conduct that causes disadvantage or damage to a third party.

・If the Hotel determines that an applicant has engaged in any of the above acts, the Hotel may, at its discretion, cancel the applicant's application for this campaign without prior notice to the applicant. If the prize has already been awarded, the applicant may be asked to return the prize. Furthermore, if any damage is caused to the Hotel, the Hotel may claim compensation for such damage from the applicant or winner.

[Other notes]
・The hotel will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by applicants in connection with this campaign.
・This campaign may be canceled, suspended, or terminated without notice. Furthermore, these terms and conditions may be changed or revised at the discretion of the hotel, and after any changes or revisions are made, the said contents will apply between all applicants for this campaign and the hotel.
・The interpretation and application of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of this campaign or these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Naha District Court as the court of first instance.
・After receiving the winning notification, please contact us by the specified deadline with the required information using the specified method. Please note that if you do not contact us or provide the required information by the deadline, or if you do not complete the required information, your winning will be invalid.
- Please note that if you do not collect the item within the specified period, your right may become invalid.
・In addition, if the hotel determines that an application is fraudulent, it may take action such as invalidating the winning.
・The right to win and the right to the prize cannot be transferred or resold to anyone other than the winner. Please note that in the unlikely event that the right to win is resold and the person who purchases the right attempts to stay at the hotel, they will not be entitled to the prize and will not be able to use the prize to stay at the hotel.
-Transportation costs will be borne by the winner.
・Please note that if you lose your prize, it cannot be reissued or exchanged for cash.

Personal information collected in the course of this campaign will only be used to confirm your application, respond to inquiries, select winners, and contact you to confirm your eligibility to apply for this campaign. [Intellectual property rights]
Intellectual property rights (copyrights (including the rights set forth in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act), trademark rights, etc.) and other rights related to this campaign belong to the Hotel, and applicants and winners may not use these rights without permission. Applicants and winners may not use, reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, etc., in whole or in part, any information, images, etc. obtained through this campaign without the permission of the rights holder, beyond the scope of personal personal use as set forth in the Copyright Act, etc., or the scope expressly permitted by other laws.
In principle, the copyright of any content posted by you belongs to you.
However, by applying for this campaign, you grant the Hotel and any third parties designated by the Hotel a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use the posted content. You will not exercise any moral rights against the Hotel and any third parties designated by the Hotel.
