Agu pork burger using Okinawa island pork, Agu pork.
Put it in the buns with homemade scramble to make an original burger. It is also recommended to sandwich roast pork and minced meat cutlet of Agu pork. Please enjoy making your own burger.

Okinawa soba

Lequ Okinawa Chatan's Okinawan soba.  
 "Koregus", which is pickled by awamori with hot pepper, a seasoning that is essential for Okinawa soba, which is a daily topping.
In the Okinawan dialect, put "soki" which means pork ribs and "Yushi tofu" on Okinawa soba and enjoy it with soup stock.

Okinawan local cuisine, Goya champuru

Goya champloo, a typical Okinawan dish.
"Champuru" means "gochamaze (mess)" in the Okinawan dialect.
Enjoy Lequ homemade champuru with bitter gourd, Shimadofu and vegetables.

Okinawan daily specials

Kubu Irichi: In the Okinawan dialect, "kubu" means kelp and "irichi" means stir-fried food. Kubu Irichi, a local Okinawan dish, is an auspicious dish that is indispensable for celebrations. 
"Carrot shirishiri: shirishiri" means shreds. Shredded carrots, and Okinawan local food with eggs are classic side dishes made at home.  
Rafute: Rafute is a local Okinawan dish in which sliced pork rib is cooked sweetly and spicy with awamori and soy sauce. It's delicious as it is, but it's also perfect for Okinawan soba!

Local cuisine of Okinawa Prefecture, Jyusi. Okinawan cooked rice is essential for celebrations.
Now also in the standard menu of the cafeteria. Used rice is "Chura Hikari" from Okinawa.

Okinawa's daily soup

Inamduchi: In the Okinawan dialect, Ina is "wild boar" and Muduchi is "modoki". A soup made from white miso made using pork instead of wild boar.
Soki soup: "Soki" is an Okinawan dialect and refers to pork ribs. It is a soup made from boned meat, with plenty of umami ingredients while adding a simple seasoning to the dashi stock.

Okinawan tofu Yushi tofu

Okinawan tofu "Yushi tofu" is a tofu in a fluffy state before adding bittern and hardening in a mold.  
Please enjoy the tofu that is perfect for breakfast, with a fluffy, gentle texture.

Sata Andagi

Sata Andagi is a sweet that represents Okinawa. "Sata" means sugar and "Andagi" means fried, which is a simple fried confectionery.

Miso of Okinawa Kumejima

Kumejima has been flourishing for miso since ancient times due to its abundant water, soybeans and rich sea salt.  
Lequ Okinawa Chatan miso soup is a miso soup using Kumejima miso from a miso shop founded by Yoshi , the great mother of Kumejima.

Shimadofu miso soup

Simple miso soup with Shimadofu. The miso is from Kumejima. Please enjoy with Okinawa's Aosa "Artha".

Okinawa island pork, Agu pork are characterized by high-quality fat sweetness and taste. Turn such Agu pork into a roast pork that is perfect for breakfast. I also recommend adding it to a salad.
