熊本地震の影響による新規予約受付停止およびホテルの営業について　Suspension of New Reservations and Hotel Operations Due to the Kumamoto Earthquake

2026年7月28日（火）に熊本で発生した地震により、被害に遭われた皆さまに心よりお見舞い申しあげます。

現在、熊本地震の影響により、8月31日まで新規予約の受付を停止しております。
なお、すでにご予約いただいているお客様につきましては、予定どおりご宿泊いただけます。

食材やリネンの供給が不安定な状態が続いているため、一部サービス内容を変更させていただく場合がございます。
予約受付の再開につきましては、決まり次第、当ページにてお知らせいたします。

現在、お問い合わせを多数いただいているため、お電話が大変つながりにくい状況となっております。
