熊本地震の影響による新規予約受付停止およびホテルの営業について　Suspension of New Reservations and Hotel Operations Due to the Kumamoto Earthquake

2026年7月28日（火）に熊本で発生した地震により、被害に遭われた皆さまに心よりお見舞い申しあげます。

現在、熊本地震の影響により、ご宿泊のお客様へ安定したサービスを提供することが難しいと判断し、直近のご宿泊を対象とした新規予約の受付を一時停止しております。
すでにご予約いただいているお客様につきましては、予定どおりご宿泊いただけます。

食材やリネンの供給が不安定な状態が続いているため、一部サービス内容を変更させていただく場合がございます。

なお、予約受付の再開につきましては、安定したサービスのめどが立ち次第、新規予約受付を再開します。

Due to the impact of the Kumamoto earthquake, we have determined that it is currently difficult to provide stable services to our guests and have therefore temporarily suspended the acceptance of new reservations for upcoming stays.
Guests with existing reservations may stay as scheduled.
