現在、熊本地震の影響により、一部日程において、新規宿泊予約の受付を再開しております。

食材やリネンの供給が不安定な状態が続いているため、一部サービス内容を変更させていただく場合がございます。
（レフ熊本 by ベッセルホテルズは、女性大浴場のミストサウナが現在故障中のため、ご利用いただけません。）

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to all those affected by the earthquake that struck Kumamoto on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

Due to the impact of the Kumamoto earthquake, we have resumed accepting new reservations for select dates.
Guests with existing reservations may stay as scheduled.

As the supply of food and linens remains unstable, we may need to make adjustments to some of our services.
In addition, the mist sauna in the women’s public bath at REF Kumamoto by Vessel Hotels is currently out of service and unavailable for use.

Please note that we are still unable to accept new reservations for certain dates.

We will resume accepting reservations in stages as soon as we are confident we can provide stable service.
