2026年7月28日（火）に熊本で発生した地震により、被害に遭われた皆さまに心よりお見舞い申しあげます。

現在、熊本地震の影響により、ベッセルホテル熊本空港・レフ熊本 by ベッセルホテルズにおいては2026年8月31日（月）まで新規予約の受付を停止しております。
なお、すでにご予約いただいているお客様につきましては、予定どおりご宿泊いただけます。

食材やリネンの供給が不安定な状態が続いているため、一部サービス内容を変更させていただく場合がございます。
（レフ熊本 by ベッセルホテルズは、女性大浴場のミストサウナが現在故障中のため、ご利用いただけません。）

予約受付の再開につきましては、決まり次第お知らせいたします。

また現在、お問い合わせを多数いただいているため、お電話が大変つながりにくい状況となっております。

We would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the earthquake that struck Kumamoto on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

Due to the impact of the Kumamoto earthquake, Vessel Hotel Kumamoto Airport and REF Kumamoto by Vessel Hotels are currently suspending the acceptance of new reservations through August 31st, 2026.

Guests with existing reservations will be accommodated as scheduled.

As the supply of food products and linens remains unstable, some hotel services may be modified or limited. In addition, the mist sauna in the women’s public bath at REF Kumamoto by Vessel Hotels is currently out of service and unavailable for use.

We will announce the resumption of reservation acceptance as soon as a decision has been made.

We are also experiencing an exceptionally high volume of inquiries at this time, and it may be difficult to reach us by telephone. We kindly ask that you contact us via email through our inquiry form. We will respond to inquiries in the order they are received.
