Power Japan Inc. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Koji Yamamoto, President & CEO; hereinafter "J.D. Power"), has been awarded first place (tied for first place) in customer satisfaction in the "J.D. Power 2024 Hotel Guest Satisfaction Survey℠" in the midscale hotel category. In response, a trophy presentation ceremony was held on March 13, 2025 (Thu) at the head office in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture.

In response to these results, Takushi Sugata, Executive Vice President of Vessel Hotel Development Co., Ltd., commented as follows:
