Notice of Accommodation Tax Revision from September 1, 2025

Thank you very much for using VESSEL INN NAMBA.

This time, the Osaka Prefecture Accommodation Tax, which is required to be paid, has been revised.
We will let you know.

​From September​ ​1, 2025, the accommodation tax exemption point will be reduced to 5,000 yen. Regardless of the date of payment of the accommodation contract or accommodation fee, etc., it will be applied from​ September 1, 2025. ​​

Accommodation tax must be paid separately on-site.

Before the change
< Accommodation fee (excluding tax): 1 person per night >
Less than 7,000 yen: Not taxable
7,000 yen to 15,000 yen or more: 100 yen
15,000 yen or more and less than 20,000 yen: 200 yen
20,000 yen or more: 300 yen

After the change
< Accommodation fee (excluding tax): 1 person per night >
Less than 5,000 yen: Not taxable
5,000 yen to less than 15,000 yen: 200 yen
15,000 yen to 20,000 yen: 400 yen
20,000 yen or more: 500 yen

*The accommodation tax rate is the tax rate for one​ ​night per person.
*Accommodation fee under accommodation tax refers to the so-called overnight stay without meals, excluding meal charges.

Notice of Revision of Accommodation Tax Accommodation Tax Effective September 1, 2025

Thank you for your continued patronage of Vessel Inn Namba.

We are pleased to inform you that the Osaka Accommodation Tax, which you are required to pay, will be revised.

Effective September 1, 2025, the exemption point for Accommodation Tax will be reduced to 5,000 yen. This will apply to stays beginning September 1, 2025, regardless of the date of the lodging contract or payment of lodging and other charges.

Accommodation Tax will be paid separately on site.
