We have recently confirmed that some customers who made reservations at our hotel through the accommodation booking site "Booking.com" have been sent suspicious messages impersonating our hotel or "Booking.com".
These messages are sent via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and ask recipients to access a URL, often containing messages such as "reviews regarding your reservation (e.g., your reservation will be automatically canceled)" or "requests for payment of accommodation fees."
Our hotel will never contact you directly via messaging apps such as WhatsApp to confirm your reservation details or request your credit card information.
If you receive such a suspicious message, please be extremely careful not to access (click on) the URL provided or enter any credit card information to prevent becoming a victim.
We sincerely apologize for the considerable concern this has caused our customers, and we urge you to be extremely careful of any suspicious messages.
