Kurashiki soy sauce

"Kurashiki soy sauce" from Tora soy sauce, 150 years of soy sauce production in Kurashiki. The fermented and matured soy sauce of this brewed sake has the flavor, mellow aroma and umami unique to whole soybeans.
Please enjoy with egg rice together with Hoshi no Sato egg.

Lightly salted raw miso made from Okayama Prefecture's rice, mainly domestically grown with soybeans and sunshine crystal “Fukushio”, a traditional mellow handmade flavor “Mibukuro no Uta” (Miginino Song). Founded in 1950 as a koji shop in Mibukuro, Okayama Soja, it is a “Marumi Koji Main Store” that produces miso that draws out its original power without going against nature. Used for miso soup at Vessel Hotel Kurashiki.
