Closure and business schedule
December 1, 2025 (Monday) - February 23, 2026 (Monday) All facilities will be closed.
Some floors will be open from Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 to Saturday, February 28th, 2026
March 1st, 2026 (Sun) and March 2nd, 2026 (Mon) - Closed
March 3, 2026 (Tuesday) - March 5, 2026 (Thursday) Some floors will be open.
March 6, 2026 (Fri) - Open throughout the building


■To guests who have already booked accommodation during the closure period​
For guests with reservations during the closure period, we will guide you to alternative hotels.
VESSEL INN ASAKUSA TSUKUBA EXPRESS will be contacting you in due course, so please wait for a response from the hotel.

During the closure period, our staff will be on-site during the following hours to manage the building and answer telephone calls.
Business hours: Weekdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
*We are unable to respond on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the New Year holidays from December 27th to January 4th.
