平素よりベッセルホテルカンパーナ京都五条をご愛顧賜り、まことにありがとうございます。
このたび下記の日程で、当ホテルの共用部の空調機の更新工事をおこないます。
たいへんご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、お願い申しあげます。

 ■工事日程：12月1日（火）～　12月22日（火）。※工事中は通常通りご宿泊いただけます。

 ■工事エリア：客室内以外、ホテル全館の全ての共用部。

※作業員の出入りや、エレベーターの共用がございます。
※養生シートを設置いたします。

 ■お客様への影響
【昼間工事】09：00～17：00
12月11日（金）～12月20日（日）１階ロビー、エントランス、ソファ席。
12月11日（金）１階ラウンジエリア。
12月12日（土）１階朝食会場。
12月14日（月）２階コインランドリー室、ラウンジ・ベンダー室。
12月15日（火）2・3階客室廊下。
12月16日（水）4・5階客室廊下。
12月17日（木）6・7階客室廊下、6階喫煙室。
12月18日（金）8・9階客室廊下。

 【夜間工事】21：00～翌日05：30
＊客室への音の影響は極めて少ない作業となります。
12月3日（木）。屋上機器の工事。
12月10日（木）・20日（日）。ロビー天井の工事。

To all our dear guests,

To ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, we will be replacing the air conditioning equipment throughout the hotel on the following dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■Construction schedule: December 1 (Tue) – December 22 (Tue).
■Construction areas: All common areas of the hotel except guest rooms. Please be advised that workers will enter/exit and the elevator will be in common use. Protective sheeting will be installed. Guest rooms not subject to construction can be booked as usual.

 ■Daytime construction: 09:00 – 17:00
December 11 (Fri) – December 20 (Sun): 1st floor lobby, entrance, sofa seats.
December 11 (Fri): 1st floor lounge area. December 12 (Sat): 1st floor breakfast area.
December 14 (Mon): 2nd floor coin laundry room, lounge, vending room.
December 15 (Tue): Corridors of guest rooms on the 2nd–3rd floors.
December 16 (Wed): Corridors of guest rooms on the 4th–5th floors.
December 17 (Thu): Corridors of guest rooms on the 6th–7th floors, 6th floor smoking room.
December 18 (Fri): Corridors of guest rooms on the 8th–9th floors.

 ■Night time construction: 21:00 – 05:30. Noise impact on guest rooms will be minimal.
December 3 (Thu): rooftop equipment work.
December 10 (Thu) and December 20 (Sun): lobby ceiling work.
